The corporate offices in Munich and Malta bundle all construction or design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotels. For our office in Valletta, Malta we are looking for a Guest Service Agent (m/f/d) to support our Reservations department.
 

• primary contact person for our international guests by telephone 
• consulting our guests via all communication channels used at Ruby
• responsible for the maintenance of our PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
• implementing our Ruby SOPs
• contact person for our employees in our hotels

• professional training, completed studies or professional experience in the field of customer service, ideally in the area of hospitality
• excellent communication and interaction skills
• a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
• a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
• very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
• excellent written & spoken English skills, additional Dutch, French, Italian or German skills would be a plus ;)
