Job Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk/Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our business and the day-to-day running of the Hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that guests receive a heartwarming welcome
  • Supervise and lead the team
  • Maintain a solid customer service approach in order to resolve complaints efficiently
  • Handling all formalities of checking in and out efficiently and courteously.
