Xara Collection is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our team at De Mondion our prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant. This role is perfect for someone passionate about exceptional hospitality and who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

• Support the management team in leading and motivating the service team.

• Maintain and enforce the highest standards of service in line with Michelin expectations.

• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.

• Assist with training, mentoring, and developing junior staff.

• Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with a proactive and welcoming approach.

• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A deep understanding of service excellence, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

• A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Well-groomed appearance and a warm, confident manner.
