Radisson Blu Resort in St Julians, Malta is seeking to recruit a talented and service-minded Food & Beverage Supervisor to form part of its F&B Team.

Job Role:
The selected candidate will be expected to fully uphold the Company and the Preferred Brand standards, in order to provide an excellent service to their esteemed guests. 


  • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Coach, train, and oversee your employees’ performance
  • Ensuring all the expected standards of service are achieved.

Education and requirements:

  • Must have previous experience in a Supervisory position
  • Excellent leadership skills, a positive service-oriented and professional disposition
  • Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative towards providing excellent quality service at all times
  • IT literacy is a must
  • Candidates currently undergoing ITS Management Training will also be considered.
