The Role
The jobholder will be in charge of all aspects of the food and beverage operations including budgets, inventories, sanitation and discipline in the Food & Beverage Department
You will the responsibility for the day to day operation of the food & beverage department according to the company's policies and procedures
The jobholder will be responsible for the standards of service delivered to the customers in bars, dining rooms and all other food and beverage outlets
You will also supervise the employees in the Food & Beverage Department, creating a high level of morale within the department, developing a good working relation with all other departments, through cooperating and communication
The role reports into the General Manager
Skill-sets and Requirements
Have a minimum 3 years experience in such a role
You will have a strong financial acumen and able to work with budgets an costs
You have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Have the capability of delivering excellent service to customers
