Food & Beverage Associate (Banqueting)

Job Description
The Xara Collection in Malta is looking for a fun-loving, energetic Food & Beverage Associate to join their fantastic banqueting team at our Xara Lodge venue.

Your role:

• Perform all server duties for beverage and food service
• Aids in the full execution of all events including; the setup and breakdown, alongside other members of the department
• Assist where necessary to ensure optimum and service and memorable experience to guests
• Maintains all sanitation and safety standards as established by the company;

About you:

• Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided
• Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs;
• A motivated, organized, and charismatic individual seeking a long-term position in which you can develop and be led by example.
