Job Description for the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor: 
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to be responsible for supervising all  Food & Beverage service operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximise sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Running of Operation;
  • Customer service;
  • Order taking;
  • Assist in Stock Takes and Beverage Orders;
  • Supervising, training, and coaching staff;
  • Organising, sales, and upselling;
  • Agreeing and managing budgets;
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety guidelines;
  • Promoting and marketing the business;
  • Recording staff Rota;
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints;
  • Taking reservations for restaurants;
  • Greeting and advising customers;
  • Problem-solving;
  • Assessing and improving profitability;
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant;
  • Assisting in sales and marketing;
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned;
  • Abide by Covid 19 Protocol Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a food and beverage outlet;
  • Working knowledge of various computer software;
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks;
  • Communication and leadership skills;
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Job Description for the role of Barman/Barista:
We are looking for an experienced Barman/Barista. You will be the face of our cafeteria and other Bars in the hotel and responsible for beverage preparations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate coffee making equipment;
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards;
  • Record and accurately process payments from the customer including cash, credit, and debit cards;
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations;
  • Ensure customer service stations are well stocked;
  • Maintain clean and hygienic work area;
  • Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;
  • Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner;
  • Monitor inventory;
  • Complete opening and closing duties for each shift.
Barista Requirements and Qualifications:
  • In the position of a Food Handling Certificate;
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Barista;
  • Fluent in English.

Job Description for the role of Food and Beverage Servers:
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Food Server Responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages;
  • You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude;

Job description for the role of Cafeteria Food Counter Attendant
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to serve sweets and pastry dishes with the standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product
  •  Assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of food and desserts with proper rotation of products and maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food counter section
  • Attend to customer questions about menu items
  •  Preparing food such as sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, ice cream, and beverages
  •  Clean, peel, slice, and trim food items using manual and electric appliances
  • Stock refrigerators, cupboards, and salad bars
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including, work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.

Requirements:

  • Possess a basic qualification in Food Preparation
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work different shifts including weekends
  • Can communicate well in the English Language.
