About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable individual who can seamlessly transition between morning and evening shifts, ensuring exceptional service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Morning Shift (Breakfast Service 6:30 - 15:00)

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet.
• Serve guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth breakfast experience.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages per guest requests.
• Set up and clean tables.
• Restock milk, juice, and other breakfast items for the next day.
• Maintain cleanliness in both the working and guest dining areas.

Evening Shift (Lounge & Bar Service 14:30 - 23:00)

• Welcome and serve guests in the lounge and bar area.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and guest area.
• Restock the bar for the next shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs.

Apply if you have:

• Previous experience in barista, waiter, or bartender roles.
• Ability to work both morning and evening shifts as required 
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktails, and wines.
• A proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be in possession of the Skills pass and residing in Malta for immediate start
