Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa is looking to recruit a full-time F&B Supervisor (Buffett & IRD) with a passion for the industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure smooth running of the department. Together with the outlet manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to lead and motivate associates to ensure efficiency and a memorable experience for our esteemed guests.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day to day operation of the department;
- Schedule and guide associates in their work assigned;
- Greet and assist guests to maintain a professional relationship;
- Continuously evaluate the associate’s performance and encourage improvements in the department.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Be proactive and results-oriented;
- Possess excellent communication and organization skills;
- Be fluent in English.
