To help bring this to life, we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Event & Venue Manager to oversee everything from smooth operations to perfect guest experiences.

About the Role

The Event & Venue Manager will lead the evening operations of the rooftop venue during the summer season. You’ll manage event setup, monitor staff performance, handle beverage orders and cash closures, and ensure the venue runs like clockwork each night. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to combine great service with top-tier organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✨ Event Setup & Flow – Lighting, DJ booth, décor, ambiance

👥 Lead the Team – Support floor/bar staff, keep things smooth

📦 Manage Stock & Cash – Track inventory, handle closures

🙌 Host the Experience – Ensure top-tier guest service

🛠️ Keep It Running – From POS to glassware, you're on it

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔ Experience is a plus – but hands-on attitude is key

✔ Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

✔ Organized, people-focused, and ready to hustle

✔ Fluent in English (Spanish, French, or Italian are ideal)
