Entertainer / Animator

Job Description:

You have to make sure the guests enjoy their holidays and want to spend as much time as possible inside the hotel. Creates an animation/entertainment programme for the hotel. Performs in shows and dancing, acting and games. Communicates and performs duties and activities on their own and/or as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging entertainment programs and activities for guests of all ages.
• Organize and perform in daytime and evening shows, including dance, music, games, and themed events.
• Host and coordinate interactive activities such as pool games, quizzes, competitions, and workshops.
• Ensure guest participation, enjoyment, and satisfaction through friendly interaction and high energy.
• Work collaboratively with other animators and departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in decorating and setting up venues for themed nights and special events.
• Maintain all equipment and props used during activities and report any damages or losses.
• Promote scheduled activities and encourage guests to join through announcements and personal invitations.
• Adapt activities and performances based on guest demographics, feedback, and participation levels.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, especially involving children or physical games.
• Stay up to date with new trends, games, music, and performance techniques to keep entertainment fresh.
• Represent the brand with a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm at all times.
