Job Role:
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined, and highly motivated individual to join our talented kitchen team. The selected candidate will support the hotel’s kitchen department operation and production.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining the highest quality standards at all times
Preparing relevant mis-en-place, and producing à la carte dishes to specific recipes and methods
Maintaining the hygiene practices to comply with HACCP requirements
Maintaining and ensuring the highest quality standards at all times
Portraying a professional disposition.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a valid Food Licence & HACCP Certification
Have an eye for detail
Ideally hold an ITS Food Preparation & Production Diploma or equivalent.
