Event Solutions Malta by Vacations Malta Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care/Travel Representative from an Incoming Tourism Agency (PREFERABLY German and/or French Speaking) on a full-time basis.
*We are willing to offer an indefinite contract, however, we consider offering this position on a temporary basis from mid-August to November 2022
Duties required but not restricted to:
Meeting arriving individual and group clients at the airport or harbor;
Co-ordinating their transport;
Visiting guests in respective hotels and overseeing that all is in order;
Giving clients all the necessary information and assisting them in buying excursions and activities offered by the company;
Accompanying and assisting in any events that the company might have organized for individuals guests and groups;
Assisting clients with their departure transfers and airport formalities;
Doing all related office duties related to the above-mentioned duties;
Assisting in general office duties as requested by the management during the less busy periods of the year.
Requirements:
Be mature and responsible;
Experience in this job will be considered an asset;
Have an outgoing character and love meeting, people;
Preferably having an excellent command of spoken and written German and possibly French. Should a suitable candidate not be able to speak both languages, he/she will also be considered;
Very good command of spoken and written English;
Have a clean driving license and preferably own a car.
