Crew Member (Gozo)

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is looking to recruit Crew Members to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of customers all day, every day.

The Position: 
McDonald’s crew provides prompt, courteous, and high-grade service to guests and live up to the McDonald’s promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. Crew Members are engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

The Requirements: 
The ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display a passion for the brand. McDonald’s offers great flexibility to its teams. However, it is important that candidates are willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates with experience in food and beverage operations will have an advantage.
