A new Corporate Sales Executive role is available within a leading hotel on the Island. Your main responsibilities will include:
Communicating with current clients on a regular basis to main client relations whilst searching for new clients
Keeping corporate agreements up to date and ensuring they are being followed internally
Issuing quotes to clients based on incoming requests
Organising sales visits and attending Business Networking Events
Hosting clients
Managing the database containing the account of existing clients with the aim of extending businesses while actively seeking and securing new partnerships based on these account plans
Coordinating effective management of key customers in order to ensure that key customer strategy is applied
Staying up to date with alternative markets in the hotel industry
Handling and resolving product or service problems and customer complaints involving Sales issues
Liaising with other departments especially in tasks relating to client communication
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 (Flexible)
Skill-sets and Requirements
Fluent in English and Maltese
Proactive and able to work on own initiative
Excellent Client and Sales Skills
Education & Experience
Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
Minimum of Diploma level of Education is preferred
