What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team member with operational or sales experience. In addition, the applicant must have strong leadership skills, the ability to work well with the operations team and build strong relationships with people and also a proactive person who can think of innovative ways of attracting new business to the hotel. Knowledge of the hotel operation and food and beverage is also necessary in order to ensure excellent execution of the events being taken care of.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required whilst good knowledge of Maltese and another language will be considered an asset.
