Job Description
Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Concierge to join their team on a full-time basis.
 
Job Role: 
The role of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience and make full use of the hotel and island facilities and attractions. In addition, the concierge will work closely with the Porter team to ensure lobby presence at all times. The Concierge will engage with Guests on an ongoing basis to plan their stay, provide solutions to meet all guests’ needs, and also work on selling our internal services within the hotel.

Requirements: 

• We are looking for a team member who has a passion for providing memorable Guest experiences and who may engage with Guests and attend to their needs in a timely and professional manner;
• The position necessitates an in-depth knowledge of the Maltese islands and of the local network of suppliers, goods, and services;
• Fluency in English is a requirement and fluency in various languages will be favorably looked upon.
