Hammett’s Collection Malta is looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join their team on a full-time basis. The Commis Chef will be responsible for providing first-class, memorable experiences to an esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the restaurant's concept
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Maintaining and cleaning your work stations to the highest of standards
- Monitoring that the kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous catering experience.
- The necessary qualifications as well as food handling certification.
- Good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of the English language
