Chef De Rang
Cavalieri Art Hotel in Malta is looking to recruit a Chef De Rang to join their team on a full-time basis.
Duties:
- To assist the head waiter in the running of the F&B outlet
- To carry out all duties as directed by the restaurant supervisor to maintain a smooth operation in the outlet.
- Take orders from customers
- To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards and in a professional manner
- To clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink.
- To clean and refill cruet and condiment sets.
- To ensure sideboards on stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen, or other established needs.

Requirements:
- Good level of English Language
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
