Chef de Rang
Xara Collection is a renowned establishment dedicated to offering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Rang to join our front-of-house team and deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality service in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Take guest orders and provide expert menu recommendations.
• Oversee table settings, presentation, and overall guest experience.
• Train and mentor junior service staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in wine and beverage service where required.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine pairings, and restaurant etiquette.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
