Chef de Rang

De Mondion in Malta is looking to recruit a Chef de Rang to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for constantly updating the wine list in coordination with the F&B Manager as well as ensuring that all beverages are stored securely and correctly.

Job Role: 
Within your role, you will oversee the ordering and receiving of beverages and provide an accurate level of stocks. You will play an essential part in implementing an impeccable and memorable experience for our guests.
