Duties
* Design, plan, and prepare refined menus, including multi-course meals aligned with the retreat’s wellness philosophy.
* Oversee and execute all aspects of food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and visual excellence.
* Maintain high presentation standards to create an elegant dining experience.
* Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
* Lead, train, and collaborate with kitchen staff to foster teamwork and smooth service.
* Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and control food costs effectively.
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements
* Technical degree in Gastronomy or equivalent culinary training.
* Genuine love and passion for cooking.
* Previous experience in gourmet or fine-dining food preparation.
* Effective communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of English.
* Strong time management and organizational abilities.
* Punctuality and attention to detail.
* Excellent personal presentation.
* Ability to work well in a team and proactively contribute to a harmonious environment.
* Two work references required.
