Rumour Bar & Kitchen in Sliema is looking for a restaurant chef on a full time basis.

Applicant must have:

-Minimum 3 years proven experience in food preparation and cooking

-Ability to work independently and also in a team

-Solid knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisine (prefereably Europen cuisine)

-Strong understanding of food, health and safety hygiene

-Valid work permit

The successful candidate is able to work in an a'la carte kitchen independently and also in a team. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The candidate has the skills to order and monitor supplies and stock in the kitchen. Also possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

A culinary certification is preferred but not required.
