Kitchen Concepts restaurants, Manakis – Greek Taverna, and Gululu – Kcina Maltija are due to open new outlets at the new Seaview Hotel on the Bugibba waterfront. Various posts need to be filled at these new outlets and at our St. Julian’s restaurants too.

These include:

  • Sous Chef;
  • Junior Sous Chefs;
  • Chefs de Parties;
  • Commis Chefs;
  • Pot Wash.


Job Summary: 
An experienced Chef and Manager will guide and support this new team in preparing these exciting new restaurants for their opening. This vacancy call offers excellent career opportunities at various levels with a well-established company that has established goodwill based on quality, consistency, and fair employment.

Requirements: 
Certification from the I.T.S. or a similar reputable catering school and/or experience commensurate with the post applied for will be considered an asset. All applicants should have a clean Police conduct and non – EU nationals a work permit.
