Hammett’s Collection is growing and looking for a passionate and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our expanding and dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold options, according to menu and buffet specifications.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service during breakfast hours.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Assist in developing new breakfast menu items and specials.
  • Manage and organize the kitchen workstation, ensuring cleanliness and order.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle special dietary requests and allergies with care and precision.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. Flexible schedule
  • The necessary qualifications as well as food handling certification. 
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation and presentation.
  • Good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
