Bartender

One of clients are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders, process payments, and manage bar tabs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
• Monitor and manage inventory, reporting shortages and restocking as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Collaborate with bar and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar, including cash handling and stock checks

Requirements

• Knowledge regarding beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on roster basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays
• Responsible and professional attitude with attention to detail
• Skill Pass is required for TCN Candidate
• Applicants must be currently residing in Malta

Education and Experience

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
