We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous bartending experience in a restaurant or lounge/bar setting
• Is personable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can deliver exceptional customer service to both restaurant guests and coworking members

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards behind the bar.
• Collaborate with other staff to support seamless service during peak times.
• Assist in developing new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
