Barlatte Cafe in Malta is seeking to recruit experienced Baristas on a full/part-time basis.
Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be an individual who can work within a team and give a high standard of service.
We are looking for someone who can perform the following duties with a polite and engaging personality:
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
- Informing customers of specials and upselling products
- Preparing and serving foods such as sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes, & ice-cream
- Making and serving coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, smoothies, & drinks
- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas at all times
- Placing requests for orders with the Supervisor
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers
- Adhere to all food health & safety regulations and quality control.
Requirements:
- The ability to commit to flexible working hours in a fast-paced environment is necessary
- Whilst training will be provided, previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Barlatte is a Café Bar and Gelateria in Bahar ic-Caghaq offering a vast selection of sweet and savory items. Our ice creams are homemade, with the options of sugar-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
