Barlatte Cafe in Malta is seeking to recruit an experienced Barista on a full-time basis who can work within a team and give a high standard of service.

We are looking for someone who can perform the following duties with a polite and engaging personality:
  • Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
  • Informing customers of specials and upselling products
  • Preparing and serving foods such as sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes, & ice-cream
  • Making and serving coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, smoothies, & drinks
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all areas at all times
  • Placing requests for orders with the Supervisor
  • Updating signage and displays to attract customers
  • Adhere to all food health & safety regulations and quality control.

Requirements: 
  • The ability to commit to flexible working hours in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Whilst training will be provided, previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Barlatte is a Café Bar and Gelateria in Bahar ic-Caghaq offering a vast selection of sweet and savory items. Our ice creams are homemade, with the options of sugar-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free.
