Tribe Malta is growing and we are looking to recruit a Barista to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coffee station area as well as alcohol/drinks section
- Maintaining and keeping bar area tidy
- Responsible for re-ordering, stocking, and replenishing stock of your respective area
- Ensuring all appliances are in good condition
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- General upkeeping of the restaurant.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Barista
- Willing to work and show initiative as well as being motivated
- Attentiveness and patience for customers with excellent communication skills, active listening, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
