Barista

Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is looking to recruit multi-talented and skilled Baristas to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The McCafe.Baristas are responsible for providing prompt, high-standard service at McCafe while endorsing the McDonald’s experience our guests expect. Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of hot and cold beverages and a range of pastries. McCafe baristas are trained to prepare the perfect cup of coffee with speed and precision while bringing their own passion and creativity to coffee culture and latte art.

• The ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display a passion for the brand, and be willing to work shifts any day of the week.
