Job Description
Danish Bakery Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit Bakers on a full-time basis to join their current team. The candidate must have experience within the production of hand-crafted bread.

*Due to very challenging times, work permits are not being issued to third-country nationals, therefore, candidates applying MUST have a valid work permit. 

Daily responsibilities include:

• Dough kneading;
• Production and baking to product specifications;
• Maintain HACCP procedures;

Preference shall be given to applicants having:

• At least 2 years experience working in a traditional bakery;
• The skills of dough kneading, handcrafting and stone baking of traditional Maltese type bread;

*The applicant is required to be an honest, organized person and happy to work as part of a small team in a growing business. He/she must also be ready to work during afternoons from Monday to Friday and on Sundays.
