Assistant Restaurant Manager

Manakis restaurants situated in St. Julian’s is currently seeking to employ an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

*All applicants need to be currently living in Malta. In the case of non-EU nationals, a valid work permit to work in Malta and clean Police conduct are a must.

Job Role:
This is a challenging career opportunity with a strong company for an ambitious person keen to learn new techniques and form part of a creative team.  This post is accountable to the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements: 

• Applicants need to have a passion for food and drink, and a natural sense of hospitality
• A clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in more languages
• Be a natural leader able to motivate staff and lead by example
• Certification from the I.T.S or a catering college and/or work experience with a well-established, restaurant will definitely help.
