Gululu – Kcina Maltija restaurant situated in Bugibba, St. Paul's Bay, in Malta is currently seeking to employ an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a challenging career opportunity with a strong company for an ambitious person keen to learn new techniques and form part of a creative team.  This post is accountable to the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements: 

• Applicants need to have a passion for food and drink, and a natural sense of hospitality.
• A clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in more languages.
• Be a natural leader able to motivate staff and lead by example.
• Certification from the I.T.S or a catering college and/or work experience with a well-established, the restaurant will definitely help;
• All applicants need to be currently living in Malta. In the case of non-EU nationals, a valid work permit to work in Malta and clean Police conduct are a must.

*A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company will be offered to the preferred applicants.
