Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Radisson Blu Resort (St Julians) in Malta is currently looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role:
The selected candidate will be expected to fully uphold the Company and the Preferred Brand standards, in order to provide excellent service to our esteemed guests. 

Responsibilities:

• Directly reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will assist and manage all food & beverage activities within the hotel, in line with the department’s goals
• You will assist the Manager with administrative duties and run the show in her absence
• You will maintain a five-star standard of the generic food & beverage service including monitoring of stock and inventory, cleanliness, and food & beverage procedures
• You will coach, train, and oversee your employees’ performance, always ensuring all the expected standards of service are achieved.

• The selected candidate will have previous experience in a managerial position
• Excellent leadership skills
• A positive service-oriented and professional disposition
• You should be highly motivated and innovative towards providing excellent quality service at all times
• IT literacy is a must.
