​AX Care in Malta is looking for an Activities Events Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The role’s primary responsibilities include managing all events’ aspects of the hotel side of Hilltop Gardens, ensuring sure smooth operation and profitable results. They will also be responsible for planning a high-quality events calendar and implementation in liaison with the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, coordinate and implement a variety of activities for the residents.
  • ​Maintain a physical environment that conforms to senior center policies about safety.
  • ​Provide individual care and assistance with instrumental activities of daily living.
  • ​Assists with transporting, communicating, and setting up outside activity programs.
  • ​Assists in ordering or purchasing supplies for activities and picking up materials


Requirements:

  • Good command of English.
  • ​Good communication skills.
  • ​Meticulous and Creative.
  • ​Able to work under pressure.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a related role.
