Health, Safety, Environment and Security Executive (HSES)

Our client within the manufacturing / FMCG industry has a job opportunity for a Health, Safety, Environment and Security Executive.  Whilst reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and executing the HSE strategy 
• Driving a system which ensures prevention of accidents and environmental incidents 
• Providing necessary data to support the achievement of HSE objectives
• Facilitating the conduct of work place risk assessment on all the areas covered by the Safety and Environment Management system
• Establishing an emergency preparedness and response plan
• Identifying and implementing action plans to be compliant with said standards and legal requirements 
• Maintaining proper documentation system for quick access and use of stake holders of relevant information 
• Creating and maintaining an HSE culture throughout the site that inspires a proactive attitude
• Facilitating the conduct of internal audit and conduct of un/planned periodic review of the HSE management system 
• Establishing a system of identifying and correcting non-compliance accidents
