Sales and Marketing Assistant (Nurse)

A position for a Sales and Marketing Assistant (Nurse) is now available within an international manufacturing company. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer accounts 
• Managing Distribution agreements and Loan Agreements
• Co-ordinating, and managing regular video calls with clients and distributors. Includes training preparations and regular updates
• Managing Quotations and Purchase Orders
• Co-ordinating and Managing exhibitions abroad including logistics 2-4 times a year
• Assisting in preparing sales projections
• Maintaining local inventory up to date and replenishing when needed
• Organizing and managing the Data repository and Library
• Managing the product's EMEA account on salesforce
• Managing Medical Expo – entries/contacts

• Strong written and spoken communication in English is required, Maltese preferred
• Self-starter and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
• A social and charismatic person who is driven and resilient
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel

• Previous work experience as a nurse within the operating room is a must
• Minimum of Diploma level of Education
• Proficient with MS Office
• Knowledge on Salesforce will be considered an asset
