Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Health Club Reception Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job role:
The Health Club Reception Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of the health club reception and delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
- Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service, and ongoing development
- Providing ongoing training for team members
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the health club
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
- Liaise with other hotel departments
- Ensure all department procedures are followed
- Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients, and guests
Requirements:
- Have supervisory experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computer programs
- Passion for customer service
- Ideally, the selected candidate has relevant fitness and pool qualifications
