Health Club Receptionist Supervisor

Job Description
Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Health Club Reception Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.


Job role:
The Health Club Reception Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of the health club reception and delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
• Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service, and ongoing development
• Providing ongoing training for team members
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the health club
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
• Liaise with other hotel departments
• Ensure all department procedures are followed
• Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients, and guests

Requirements:

• Have supervisory experience
• Able to work under pressure
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computer programs
• Passion for customer service
• Ideally, the selected candidate has relevant fitness and pool qualifications
