Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Health Club Reception Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job role:
The Health Club Reception Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of the health club reception and delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service, and ongoing development
Providing ongoing training for team members
Manage the day-to-day operations of the health club
Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement
Liaise with other hotel departments
Ensure all department procedures are followed
Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients, and guests
Requirements:
Have supervisory experience
Able to work under pressure
Possess strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computer programs
Passion for customer service
Ideally, the selected candidate has relevant fitness and pool qualifications
