We are looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient individual to join our team as a Front Desk Host. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a smooth, relaxing experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Guests: Welcome clients, explain spa amenities, and set a positive tone for their visit.
• Handle Inquiries: Respond promptly to phone, email, and chat questions about services and bookings.
• Manage Appointments: Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability and minimize wait times.
• Process Payments: Handle transactions accurately for services and products.
• Promote Services: Recommend memberships, packages, and promotions based on client needs.
• Maintain Records: Keep client profiles updated with preferences and service history.
• Coordinate Experience: Work with team members to manage special requests, delays, and ensure a calm atmosphere.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks to keep the spa running smoothly.
