We are looking for a dedicated Hairdresser to join our team on a Full-Time basis at CareMalta Group, where we provide essential services to enhance the wellbeing of our service users.

The Role:

As our in-house Hairdresser in one of our facilities, you will play a key role in creating a positive and relaxing experience for our service users. Your professional hairdressing services will help boost their confidence and comfort. This position is ideal for a friendly and patient individual who enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and appreciates the importance of their role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of hairdressing services, including haircuts, colouring, styling, washing, and blow-drying
• Offer a caring and personalized experience tailored to each service user's preferences and needs
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the salon area
• Engage with service users in a warm and friendly manner to enhance their wellbeing
• Manage appointments efficiently to accommodate the schedules of service users.

Skills and Requirements:

• Qualified and experienced Hairdresser with relevant certifications
• Previous experience working with a diverse client base will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and compassionate approach to working with individuals of all ages
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Fluency and proficiency in spoken English; Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset.
