School Principal

Our client, a leading private educational institution, is recruiting for a School Principal to foster a healthy learning environment for  students, tutors and team. Their primary responsibility will be to supervise our education staff and oversee
day-to-day school operations. The duties will include; 

• Manage school logistics and budgets, in collaboration with respective HOD's to meet or exceed
  P&L targets in terms of enrolment numbers, headcounts, costs, etc. as well as lead the preparation of a
  yearly budget.
• Regularly monitor the financial forecast and set corrective measures to mitigate and manage risk and financial exposure
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula
• Manage, lead and motivate non-academic teams by example
• Determine competitive benchmarking to set tuition fees, to improve School positioning and to create new Unique Selling Points
• Develop, manage, execute and monitor School growth strategy; ensure that the business strategy plans are based on sound financial basis and analysis
• Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching 
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Review and implement school policies 
• Constantly drive and seek improvement in customer service with an open communication with students, franchisees and employees
• Ensure optimum cleanliness and maintenance of the School premises as well as compliance to MFHEA licence, health, safety and security policies and procedures

• Thorough understanding of financial reporting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in managing a diverse multi-cultural team
• Strong influencing, negotiation, persuasive and collaborative skills
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written
• Strong focus on sales and customer service level
• Based in Malta

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position
• MBA/Masters Qualification
