Our client operates in the property industry. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Projects Manager to their property internal finishings department.
The Role
- You will ensure that all targets are met within established deadlines
- You will manage the 3rd party relationships with sub contractors
- Ensure that all operations are handled within the set KPIs
- Be the contact person between the Directors and the company
- Go onsite to inspect finishings
- Manage a small team of employees
€40,000 to €45,000 / year
