Head of Property

Our client is a Group of Companies who are mainly involved in the construction industry. As they are growing, they are seeking to employ a Head of Property to join their team.

The Role

• Manage the team to an agreed performance
• Ensure that building projects are being handled within specified timeframes
• Be strategic.  Ensure that plans are done and concluded as agreed with top management
• Ensure that financial figures are well understood and necessary actions taken where not in line
• Prepare the necessary reporting that help take management informed & timely decisions 

Qualifications & Experience

• You must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of the property market
• Preferably have a banking or architectural background

Skills 

• Have strong leadership skills
• be able to use different skills of the team for the success of the Unit
• Be analytical and numerical
• Be charismatic and a good communicator
