Head of Operations

In this role of Head of Operations, you will be liaising with the different Specialists and being responsible for designing strategic action plans, ensuring that the operational requirements of each program are in line with the company's vision.  Your main duties will include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of all programs 
• Overseeing all logistics relating to the programs
• Working hand in hand with the program's Specialists
• Overseeing the Health and Safety, Procurement and Marketing departments

Experience & Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of an MQF Level 6 of education in Business, Management or Healthcare or in a related field
• Have at least five years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a school or healthcare facility
• Have experience managing a diverse team

Skills

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business in both English and Maltese
• Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and to be flexible in their work approach depending on the changing needs
