Responsibilities
Spearheading strategic plans while keeping operation efficiency, quality standards and financial targets in mind;
Handling and overseeing the entirety of the firm's management;
Setting up of internal processes and controls according to group and legal national requirements;
Attending Partners' Meetings to keep the partners informed of all operational, financial and other relevant matters for all areas;
Gathering of relevant data for analysis, reporting and presentation purposes
Nurturing current working relationships with clients and consultative entities
Coordinating daily operations and logistics requirements
Administering the firm's assets/property/premises including Health & Safety and archiving systems;
Monitoring service delivery levels and identifying improvements;
Handling of IT Management which will include identifying opportunities, maintenance, and the development of internal systems;
Liaising with the Associate Director of People and Culture regarding any recruitment gaps
