Facilities Executive

The Brewhouse Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Facilities Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
A vacancy has developed for the post of Facilities Executive within The Brewhouse Company Limited.  Reporting to the Commercial and Operations Manager, the Facilities Executive is responsible to manage the company's premises including overall facilities maintenance and/or project cleaning, security, and waste management, which guarantees business continuity for all tenants.  S/he will be responsible to liaise with respective contractors and/or partners.

Main Duties will include:

• Overseeing and working closely with service providers for services including security, cleaning, IT, health and safety, catering etc.
• Project managing, supervising and coordinating any service work contracted across all the brewhouse premises
• Liaising and negotiating with service providers for any works, purchases or maintenance agreements in line with financial company policies and standard requirements
• Managing the Building Management System (BMS) and the Air Conditioning control systems, including monitoring and update
• Establishing and monitoring preventive maintenance agreements
• Monitoring compliance to contracts on site in line with company procedures
• communicating and enforcing all security regulations and policies
• Managing any administrative tasks such as procurement, insurance, health and safety requirements, reporting on specific events and any other tasks as required
• Ensuring cost-effectiveness of projects and processing invoices as per company regulations and procedures
• Managing monitoring and maintaining the Access Control system
• Assist and participate in the corporate events as planned by the Commercial and Operations Manager.

Most importantly you need to:

• Have, as a minimum, a Diploma in Leadership or Facilities Management or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 3-year working experience in a similar role
• Be a committed team player who can follow up on the activities taking place at The Brewhouse 7-days a week
• Possess problem-solving skills together with excellent communication and intra/interpersonal skills
• Be ICT literate.
