A new Chief Operations Officer role is now available within the healthcare industry. Whilst reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Improving, designing and implementing the systems of the organization, including company policies and procedures
- Leading business process improvement initiatives
- Establishing, planning, budgeting and allocating resources towards ever-changing business needs
- Maintaining productivity and introducing quality measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency
- Building a culture of continuous process improvements
- Leading the operation into innovation and supporting the company's growth initiatives
- Participating in client retention and new business development strategies
- Keeping abreast of industry and clinical developments, technology and trends
- Maintaining Quality Service and Departmental Standards
- Presenting end-of-month statistics to CEO for the Ops team
- Representing the Operation on various Committees
- Setting operational goals for every department that falls within the COO's remit
- Maintaining and improving group performance
Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within C-suite, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Degree level of education in leadership and/or business management
- Clinical background will be considered a strong asset
- Fluency in Maltese and English is needed
