Studio Operator, Live Streaming
As a Studio Operator within the Live Streaming team, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our Live Streaming product, including first-line escalation and quality control to ensure optimal performance.
You will be focusing on the administration of our industry-leading Live Stream portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, auditing, and troubleshooting to ensure an exceptional global customer experience. You will collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of over 750,000 Live Stream events each year.
Comprehensive training will be provided on all aspects of the role, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to help you become an integral part of our team.
This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work any five days out of seven, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an ever-evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language, essential for seamless service delivery to both internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software used for efficient data processing.
• Broad knowledge of various sports is advantageous, but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
• Integrating Live Stream schedules from multiple third-party sources onto a single internal platform.
• Setting up and managing over 750,000 Racing and Sports Live Streams.
• Auditing the Live Streaming services across various sports to ensure quality and operational functionality.
• Performing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues related to live events as necessary.
