Our client an international gaming solutions provider is recruiting for Service Support Officer

In this role:

  • You will be responsible for the monitoring of the gaming areas including all cards and materials storage
  • You will be the first point of contact with support teams, such as IT, NOC, Helpdesk and operators when required
  • Detect any procedural errors or suspicious activity and enforce all policies and procedures
  • You will monitor tables and cards room continually to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and procedures
  • You will operate surveillance equipment to ensure accurate video documentation and evaluate studio personnel performance
  • You will coordinate maintenance activities
  • Incidents outcome need to be documented by compiling incident reports
  • Be the go between studio and 3rd parties
  • Be responsible for the quality of the Games
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • A complete knowledge of the rules and procedures of the games is essential
  • Be a very good English speaker
